Attributes
  • num, a mandatory attribute to fix the numerator of the fractional representation of tempo. Non-integer values are also allowed.
  • den, an optional integer attribute to fix the denominator of the fractional representation of tempo. When its value is not specified, the num attribute is the only indication to consider and to show .
  • abbreviation, an attribute that specifies if tempo should be annotated with the alternative character-based notation (when possible). For instance, 4/4 can be represented as "common" time signature C.
  • vtu_amount, which contains the length of the measure in terms of Virtual Time Units, according to the conventional values established in spine .
